01 Challenge

Simple tasks are easy to automate. Expert work is not.

AI already handles simple, repetitive tasks well. Tenders and client proposals are different: every claim needs a source, every price a check, and the deadline does not move. That is where ITHA works.

  • Readthe full tender, clause by clause.
  • Matcheach requirement to your references and CVs.
  • Draftthe response, every figure sourced.

04Compatibility

16 common applications, already supported.

The agents work in the tools your teams already use. No software to replace, no habits to change.

Examples of compatible applications, depending on your subscription, checked at the audit. Trademarks belong to their owners. No partnership is implied.

05Security

Your documents stay with you. Only what is needed goes out.

An AI subscription writes well. Trusting it with company work takes a framework: where data goes, what the AI can do, what is logged.A framework for AI: where data goes, what it can do, what is logged.

Where your data goes

Your environment

Set up in your company’s accounts, under your access rules.

  • Your team

    One login per person.

  • Agent workspace

    Every action logged.

  • Memory and history

    Never leave this space.

Engines on your side

  • Open-weight model

If needed, runs on your servers.

  • Checks in code

    Rules and sums, no AI.

Useful extract, encrypted

Large model, enterprise licence

  • Receives only the useful extract.
  • No training on your data, by contract.
  • Enterprise licence, never a personal one.
  • Independent security certifications.

All on your servers: an open-weight model also writes; quality drops, hardware costs more.

Blocked by design

  • No personal AI accounts.
  • No deletion by an agent.
  • No sending or payment without a person.
  • No access by ITHA without your approval.

07Questions

What business owners ask first.

Security does not rely on the AI behaving well. It holds even when the AI gets it wrong.

  1. Does the AI provider see our data, or train on it?

It receives only the extract a task needs, encrypted, and does not train on it. To keep everything in-house, an open-weight model can run on your servers.

    In detail
    Where
With a major AI provider, under an enterprise licence, never a personal account.
    What
The useful extract; documents, memory and history stay with you.
    How
No training, under the enterprise terms; data retention checked before work starts.
  2. What if an agent deletes a document or goes beyond its rights?

An agent has only the rights it is given, like a new employee. It reads and prepares; by default, it deletes nothing.

    In detail
    Where
The documents opened for its task, within the rights of the person who asks.
    What
Read-only; deleting, sending and paying wait for a person.
    How
Every action logged, backups kept off the server, restore tested.
  3. Will the AI you install go out of date?

No, the model can be changed. ITHA tests each new model on your documents before adopting it.

    In detail
    Where
Through your licence or on your servers, as set at the audit.
    What
Open-weight models improve quickly; for writing, the gap is narrowing.
    How
A trial on your documents, a comparison, a switch only if it does better.
Five more questions
Does ITHA see our data?

ITHA maintains the set-up without reading your data. Any access to your data is requested, approved by you and logged.

What happens if there is a data breach?

ITHA tells you as soon as it knows, with what is affected and what is being done. Each installation is kept separate.

What about the Privacy Act?

ITHA uses the Australian Privacy Principles of the Privacy Act 1988 as its reference. A written agreement sets out what is handled, how and by whom, and names the AI provider, with your written approval.

What if ITHA stops trading?

Everything is documented and backed up off the server, so another provider can take over. Handover terms are written into the contract.

How do we take everything back?

Data, history, automations and documentation are handed over, ready to reinstall, within the time set in the contract. ITHA then deletes its copies, backups included when they expire.
